What is Missoula Children's Theatre?

The Missoula Children’s Theatre is a non-profit organization based in Missoula, Montana. This coming year, nearly 55,000 cast members across the globe will take to the stage to the delight and applause of their families, friends, community, neighbors and teachers! MCT performances have delighted and amazed audiences for nearly four decades, but MCT is really in the business of using an entertainment format to foster enrichment and education in children – of all ages.

By bringing sets and costumes to a community and using local kids in the production, MCT programs are designed to develop the personal and professional skills and goals of the participants. When combined with the excellence of their productions, MCT’s unique and acclaimed teaching and producing methods and philosophies have resulted in the successful fulfillment of their mission: The development of life skills in children through participation in the performing arts.
