Volunteer Sign Up Form
The Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Arts Council invites you to become a dedicated and enthusiastic volunteer, helping the arts in our community. We need volunteers for:

  • Office 12-5 M-F : help in our office, with mailings, filing and data entry
  • Ushering: Assisting at our Arts in Culture and Children's Series events on weekend evenings
  • Shoreline Arts Festival and Benefit GALA 2010: A variety of shifts available prior to and during the festival, as well as set up and help during the GALA
  • Other: Have ideas about how to help? Let us know!

4-6 pm: Missoula Children's Theatre Audition registration



Thursday, June 25

10-5 pm: Set up Junior Art Show
10-5 pm: Set up Photography Show
10-5 pm: Set up 2-D and 3-D Art Shows



Friday, June 26
Time(s) of day you are available:

10-5 pm: Set up indoor tables & chairs
10-5 pm: Put up signs
10-5 pm: Set up Junior Art Show
10-5 pm: Final details for Juried Shows set up
10-5 pm: Decorate and assist as needed

BENEFIT GALA:
10-4 pm: Set up help for the Benefit GALA
4-10 pm: Help during the event



Saturday, June 27

7-9:30 am: Set up tables & chairs
7-9:30 am: Help set up Hands On Art Arena
7-9:30 am: Decorate entrances
7-9:30 am: Put up outdoor signs
10-7 pm: Photo/Film documentation of the event (provide your own equipment)
10-7 pm: 2-D & 3- D Art Show Sitter (2 hour shifts)
10-7 pm: Juried Photography Show Sitter (2 hour shifts)
10-7 pm: Junior Art Show Sitter (2 hour shifts)
10-7 pm: Help monitor food areas
10-7:30 pm: Hands-on Art Booth helper (2 hour 45 min shifts)



Sunday, June 28

10-5 pm: Photo/Film documentation of the event (provide your own equipment)
10-5pm: 2-D and 3-D Art Show Sitter (2 hour shifts)
10-5pm: Juried Photography Show Sitter (2 hour shifts)
10-5pm: Junior Art Show Sitter (2 hour shifts)
10-5pm: Monitor food areas
10-5:30 pm: Hands-on Art Booth helper (2 hour 45 min shifts)
5-8 pm: Clean up (Includes removing signs, putting away tables & chairs, storing art panels, helping vendors load, sweeping, and other general cleaning tasks.)
5-8 pm:Take down Juried Art, Photography and Junior Art shows and help return art to owners
